Toyota GR86 ZN8

The ZN8 answered the most common complaint about the first-generation 86: the 2.4-litre FA24D replaced the 2.0 and filled the torque dip that made the old car feel flat in the midrange. Everything else stayed — light, rear-drive, manual available, modest grip, reachable price. It shows up in stock-class time attack, drift practice days and spec racing. The jointly developed Subaru BRZ is mechanically near-identical with different damping and front-end styling.
