These terms govern use of TUNERS, operated by Hype Companies LLC, based in Florida, United States, at tuners.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into these terms to create or hold a TUNERS account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts are not available to people under 18, including with a parent or guardian’s permission. Activities such as buying, selling, attending events or driving have their own eligibility requirements.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your activity and for keeping your contact information current. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

Do not impersonate a person, business or official TUNERS account. Claiming a shop or brand profile requires authority to act for that business. A profile or badge does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of its products or services.

• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, publish private personal information or share intimate imagery without consent.
• Do not post scams, counterfeit listings, malware, spam or deceptive reviews. Disclose a material commercial connection when recommending a product or business.
• Do not infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights. Obtain permission for photographs, video and material you submit.
• Do not bypass access controls, abuse endpoints, evade moderation or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the site to coordinate illegal street racing, dangerous activity or unlawful transactions.

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You grant Hype Companies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate TUNERS and the features in which you place it. This includes use by providers working on our behalf.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use. This license does not transfer ownership or give us unrestricted rights to sell your work as a separate product. A commissioned article, photograph or paid collaboration may have a separate written agreement.

You can request removal of your content. Copies needed for legal, security or backup purposes, and contributions incorporated into other users’ ongoing discussions, may require separate handling as permitted by law.

Editorial articles, comparisons and rankings combine attributed information and editorial opinion. A ranking is not a laboratory test unless we explicitly describe a test and its method. A listed specification, fitment result, price or availability can change or be incomplete.

Confirm parts compatibility with the manufacturer and installer for the exact vehicle, model year, market and modifications. Technical stories are general information and do not replace a qualified inspection, workshop procedure or individualized professional advice.

Sponsored material and material commercial relationships should be disclosed where the content appears. Payment does not entitle a partner to a favorable independent review or ranking. Report errors through the contact page with the relevant URL and supporting information.

TUNERS provides discovery and communication tools. Buyers and sellers deal directly with one another. TUNERS does not process marketplace payments, hold money, provide escrow or guarantee an item, seller, transaction, delivery or refund.

Check the seller, item, ownership, condition and fitment before agreeing to a transaction. Retailer and ticket links lead to independent services whose terms apply. A directory listing does not mean that Hype Companies LLC owns, operates or endorses that business.

Service requests introduce an owner’s needs to a business or to our team. They are not a confirmed booking, price quote or guarantee that a provider will accept the work. Agree scope, price, insurance, cancellation and other terms with the provider.

Routes and place listings are discovery information, not live navigation, an access permit or an assurance that a road is open or suitable. Verify closures, weather, access restrictions and conditions through the relevant authority before traveling. Follow posted rules and respect residents, landowners and other road users.

Event dates, admission details and requirements are set by organizers and can change. Confirm directly before booking or attending. Motorsport and driving involve risk; use an appropriate venue, equipment, instruction and insurance. TUNERS does not grant permission to trespass or drive unlawfully.

Sending an advertising, partnership, contributor or careers inquiry does not create a contract, booking, employment relationship or representation agreement. Paid engagements require separately agreed scope, compensation, rights, deliverables and cancellation terms.

Separate written campaign, commission or service terms govern their specific subject if they conflict with these general website terms. Any promotion or giveaway must have its own rules; a directory entry alone is not an offer of a prize.

We may investigate reports, remove or limit content, restrict features or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, security concerns or legal requirements. We do not promise to review every submission before it appears.

Use available report controls or contact us to report abuse, an incorrect listing or a rights concern. Include the page URL, a description of the issue and a way to reach you. For copyright complaints, identify the work, the material at issue and your authority to act for its owner. Do not submit a knowingly false report.

If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us with the account or content involved and the reason for your request. Do not include passwords or unrelated private information.

We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or that every feature will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Hype Companies LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party conduct or an independent transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

You can stop using TUNERS at any time and request account closure through the contact page. Content and information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that need to continue by their nature, including rights in content already used, dispute handling and applicable limitations, survive closure as permitted by law.
