Hype Companies LLC, based in Florida, United States, operates TUNERS at tuners.net. In this notice, “we” and “our” refer to Hype Companies LLC. This notice describes information handled through our website, accounts, community features, directories, marketplace and inquiry forms.

Contact us through the contact page or at info@tuners.net with privacy questions. Independent sellers, organizers, shops and websites have their own practices; this notice does not govern their services.

Public contributions can be viewed, copied and indexed by others. Check a feature’s visibility before submitting information. Do not include passwords, financial account details or someone else’s private information in public content.

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, profile details and password credentials. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.
• Content you submit, including garage and build details, photographs, posts, replies, reviews, listings, group activity and reports.
• Messages and service requests, including the contact details, vehicle information and descriptions you choose to share with their recipients.
• Newsletter subscriptions and inquiries, including your name, email, company, portfolio links and message.

Our hosting and security systems process request information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error information to deliver and protect the service.

If you allow optional analytics, the site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Analytics does not load before you opt in. It records the addresses of the pages you visit without their query strings, apart from search terms and page numbers. Analytics can process browser identifiers, device information, page interactions and approximate location. Your browser also contacts providers when it loads externally hosted fonts, images, map tiles or embedded media.

Location filters use the city or region you select. The current location picker does not request your device’s precise GPS location.

An authentication cookie keeps you signed in. If a section requires an access code, an essential cookie remembers it for up to seven days. Browser storage remembers choices such as appearance, selected region, active vehicle, recent searches and listing layout. When permitted, Google Analytics uses its own cookies and identifiers. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser.

Use Cookie settings on this page to allow or decline analytics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics. You can also clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. Google also provides a browser add-on for opting out of supported Google Analytics collection. A browser setting does not remove information already held in an account.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on providing a requested service, our legitimate interests in running and protecting it, a legal obligation, or your consent where required. The applicable basis depends on the information and purpose.

• Deliver messages and requests to the recipients you choose, and answer inquiries.
• Send requested newsletters and account or service communications.
• Investigate reports, prevent spam and fraud, enforce site rules and diagnose errors.

Service providers help us host the site, store data and images, send email and measure usage. The current application uses Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google Analytics and Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc., which serves our headline typeface and counts page views for font licensing); other media and map providers receive browser requests when their resources load.

Other members or businesses receive content and contact information you send to them. Profiles and Garage are currently private; public profiles and handles are not yet available. When you RSVP to a group event, your name, avatar and the car you choose are visible to members of that group, and public group pages list members’ display names and avatars. Community discussions and other public submissions remain visible according to the relevant feature’s settings. Access by our team is used to operate the service and handle support, moderation and security.

We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Clicking a retailer, ticketing or affiliate link takes you to an independent service that may record the referral and apply its own privacy terms.

We keep information for the purposes described here, taking account of account status, operational needs, security, disputes and legal requirements. The appropriate period differs for account records, published content, messages, inquiries and logs; we do not promise a single deletion period for every category.

Deletion requests may require identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and residual copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced. Content already copied by another person or indexed elsewhere may remain outside our control.

We use measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Use account settings to update available profile information and your password. You can request access, correction, deletion or account closure through the contact form using “Privacy / Account Data.” Identify the account and request, but do not send your password.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain uses, or appeal a decision. We will assess requests under applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify identity or authority. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

To stop newsletters, use the unsubscribe option provided with a newsletter or contact us with the subscribed email address. Service messages relating to an account or an active request are separate from marketing.

Service providers may process information outside the country where you live. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the service and location involved.

TUNERS accounts are restricted to adults 18 and older. We record your confirmation that you are at least 18, the Terms version accepted and the time of acceptance; this signup step does not collect a date of birth or identity document. TUNERS is not directed to children under 13. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account or a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We will revise this notice when our practices change and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before a change takes effect.
