Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 982

The GT4 answered the complaint that killed enthusiasm for the base 718: it put a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six back in the car after Porsche moved the range to turbocharged flat-fours. Developed by the GT department, it came with a fixed rear wing, a real aero package, and for most of its run a manual gearbox only — one of the few new mid-engined cars still sold with three pedals. It has become a standard club-racing and track-day platform alongside the Cayman GT4 Clubsport.
