McLaren 720S

The 720S replaced the 650S with a new carbon monocoque and the M840T twin-turbo V8. Its reputation rests on being faster than its numbers suggested — it repeatedly beat cars with more power and more cylinders in published acceleration tests. The hydraulically linked adaptive suspension gave it unusual ride quality for a car of its capability, which is the part owners talk about most.
